JPMA is celebrating with the present issue its 60th Birthday. During more than half a century of scientific publication service in the field of Medicine, this journal has gained international respect and reputation as a reliable publication medium. JPMA has been instrumental in providing support to researchers and promoting quality research which is the reason for its enormous success, recognition and popularity.
My personal experience with the journal as reviewer has been very rewarding. The articles sent to me are always accompanied by explicit instructions, the follow up is appropriate and my contribution is duly acknowledged.
The Editor, Dr Fatema Jawad and her team really put in a lot of effort in maintaining the standard of the Journal and truly deserve our commendation for doing a wonderful job.
I am proud of my association with JPMA and wish the journal many more successes in future.
