PROCEDURE:
Day I:  Patient voids and discards first morning urine. Thereafter all urine is collected in an ap­propriate bottle till Day 2.
Day 2:  Patient voids and collects first morning urine in bottle.
During collection period the bottle is kept in a cool dark place. The patient is properly hydrated during this period with 8 to 10 medium glasses of water or equivalent. Patient is advised to refrain from foods and medicines which may affect the test.
