In JPMA Volume 53, No. 5, May 2003 issue, page No. 200 under Case Report viz: “Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor (Schwannoma), arising from an unidentifiable nerve in the neck, with Horner’s Syndrome”, the spelling of the first author should be corrected to read as B. I. Siddiqi. Also in the same case report the affiliation of the third author, namely S. A. Zaidi* should be added to read as Department of Biological and Biomedical Sciences, Aga Khan University*, Karachi.
